Sirvoy Guest Dashboard Blast

Sends a one-time email to all Sirvoy-imported guests (numeric booking references with an email address), introducing the new website and linking to their personal Guest Dashboard.

Before sending:

  • Click Preview first to see which bookings will receive the email
  • Only confirmed bookings with a valid email address will be included
  • Agency bookings (no guest email) are automatically skipped
  • Each email is personalised with booking details and a unique dashboard link

Scam Warning — 56 Missed Guests

These guests were on the Sirvoy CSV list but were not included in the original scam warning blast. They need to receive the alert immediately.
