Dinner at Wells Gray Guest Ranch is a relaxed ranch-style evening in our Black Horse Saloon, with a fixed rotating menu that changes through the week based on seasonal availability and kitchen planning. We use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, and each dinner includes several courses from arrival to dessert.

Good to Know
- •Our dinner follows a rotating seasonal menu — specific dishes may vary day to day depending on the kitchen and available ingredients.
- •Reservations are required. Same-day dinner bookings must be made before noon.
- •If you have dietary requirements such as vegetarian, gluten-free, or allergies, please let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate.
- •For children ages 5–12, the menu choice must be confirmed at the time of reservation.
- •The ranch is located about 26 km from Clearwater — many guests find it most convenient to pre-book dinner with us.
- •Guests are welcome to enjoy our Board Game Library in the saloon area during the evening.
Dinner at the Black Horse Saloon
Dinner is served between 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM with a relaxed ranch-style atmosphere and a weekly rotating menu featuring locally sourced ingredients.
🎲 Board Game Library
Enjoy our extensive collection of board games while dining or relaxing in the saloon and beer garden. Games are available for all ages and skill levels. Please note: games must stay in the saloon area and cannot be taken to cabins.

Saloon Season
The Black Horse Saloon is open from May 1st through September 30th, after which it closes for the season.
From October 1st to October 15th, breakfast is served as a basket brought to your room each morning — available only to guests staying with us during this short window.
